(We will no longer accept requests or produce paper prescriptions)

Please give 48 working hours notice

Requests for repeat prescriptions will not be accepted over the telephone.

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see either a doctor, pharmacist, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications.

Unused prescription medicine cost the NHS over £39.4 million every year.

Always Remember:

• Only order what you need and help us make more of your local NHS.
• Wasted medicine waste money.
• Unused medicines cannot be recycled.
• Unused medicines are a safety risk.
